庐山疗养因子对老年高血压病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨利用庐山疗养因子综合性治疗高血压病的治疗效果。方法收集来庐山疗养的226例老年高血压病疗养员,应用综合疗养康复措施进行治疗。结果 226例中显效34例,占15.0%;好转141例,占62.4%;无效51例,占22.6%。结论对老年高血压病患者进行药物治疗的同时,结合膳食指导、改变不健康生活方式、心理干预、景观治疗、健康教育等综合疗养康复措施,可取得理想疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive convalescent factors on hypertensive disease in Lushan sanatorium.Methods 226 elderly patients with hypertensive recuperating in Lushan sanatorium were received comprehensive convalescent rehabilitation.Results Of 226 patients,34 cases were excellent,accounting for 15.0% ;141 cases improved,accounting for 62.4% and 51 cases ineffective,accounting for 22.6%.Conclusion The desired effect on hypertension can be achieved in elderly patients, who should be treated with drugs as well as comprehensive convalescent rehabilitation measures such as dietary guidance,unhealthy lifestyle change,psychological intervention,landscape treatment and health education.
