摘　　要：目的分析海滨负氧离子(O2-)在中老年疗养中的作用。方法护士进行科学的指导和宣教,使疗养员置身于美丽的海滨自然景观之中,在医疗步行的过程中呼吸丰富的负氧离子,促进疗养员的身体健康和疾病康复。结果在景观疗养过程中,负氧离子在防治疾病、促进健康、增强体质、调节心理平衡、改善睡眠等方面具有独特的作用和优越性。结论海滨疗养院应充分利用疗养地的自然优势,广泛科学地利用负氧离子,从而充分体现现代疗养学和康复医学在医疗保健中的重要作用。Objective To analyze the effect of O2-around the beach on convalescence of elder people.Methods With the scientific guide and education provided by the nurses,all convalescents placed in wonderful coastal natural could breathe fresh air with abundant O2-during their medical walk.Results O2-played an important role in disease prevention and treatment,health promotion, physical fitness enhancement,psychological equilibrium regulation and improving sleeping.Conclusion Natural merit and convalescence factors like O2-must be fully utilized by coastal sanatoriums to improve health.Then,the significance of modern recuperation science and rehabilitation medicine will be embodied completely.
