摘  要:目的研究内蒙古通辽地区蒙药冷蒿的遗传特异性及通辽、呼和浩特、锡林郭勒3个不同地区蒙药冷蒿的遗传多样性。方法采用随机引物多态性(RAPD)方法 ,从17组RAPD引物中筛选出13组条带清晰、多态性明显并且重复性好的引物用于实验,并利用Popgen32和NTSYS软件进行数据计算与聚类分析。结果①13组引物共产生的209条带中,有201条多态性带,多态位点百分率达96.17%。②3个地区蒙药冷蒿Ht=0.2381,Hs=0.1874,Dst=0.0507,地区间的Gst=0.2129。③通过UPGMA分析,呼和浩特与锡林郭勒盟冷蒿聚为一类,通辽冷蒿单独聚为一类。结论①冷蒿具有较高的遗传多样性且不同地区差异明显。②冷蒿居群总的遗传多样性来自于居群内(78.71%),且居群间有基因的交流。Objective To study the genetic diversity of Atremisia frigida in Tongliao population and three different regions of Inner Mongolia(Tongliao,Hohhot,Xilingol).Methods 13 groups of primers with clear,obviously polymorphic and reproducible bands were screened from the 17 groups of primers by random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD)method.The bands produced by the 13 groups of primers were calculated and analyzed through Popgen32 and NTSYS software.Results ① 13 groups of primers generated 209 bands,including 201 polymorphic bands.The percentage of polymorphic loci was up to 96.17%.The Nei's genetic diversity and Shannon's information were different in the three different regions.② Total genetic diversity(Ht)of three Atremisia frigida population was 0.238 1.Genetic diversity within three populations(Hs)was 0.187 4.Genetic diversity among populations(Dst)was 0.050 7.Genetic differentiation coefficient among populations(Gst)was 0.212 9.③ In accordance with UPGMA based on genetic distance analysi...更多s,A.frigida of Hohhot and Xilingol clustered into one category,A.frigida of Tongliao clustered into a separate category.Conclusion ① A.frigida has a high genetic diversity,and the genetic diversities of A.frigida in three regions are different.② The total genetic diversity is from the genetic variation within A.frigida populations(78.71%).Meanwhile,there are genetic exchanges among populations. 还原
