摘  要:目的采用高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)法测定脑得生软胶囊的指纹图谱。方法运行缓冲液:30mmol/L硼砂-50mmol/L磷酸氢二钠,pH9.98;操作电压15kV,检测波长260nm,柱温25℃,采用压力进样,进样时间8s。分析时间25min。结果指纹图谱中标示了16个共有峰,其峰面积之和大于总峰面积的90%,方法精密度、稳定性、重复性均符合指纹图谱有关规定。采用夹角余弦法,计算10批脑得生软胶囊指纹图谱相似度结果均在0.93~1.00之间,但不同厂家生产的脑得生片有较大差别。结论该方法为脑得生制剂的质量控制提供了依据。Objective To develop the fingerprint of Naodesheng soft capsules by HPCE.Methods The background electrolyte consisted of 30 mmol/L sodium borate and 50 mmol/L sodium hydrogen phosphate and its pH was 9.98,applied voltage was 15kV,operating temperature was 25℃,the detection wavelength was at 260 nm and the analysis time was 25min.Results 16 peaks were indicated.The peak area of these components was over 90% of total area in the fingerprint.RSD of precision and reproducibility was in the range of 5%.The results of similarity evaluated by cosine were 0.93~1.00 from 10 batches,but that of 3 batches of Naodesheng tablets from the other manufacturers were different.Conclusion The method may provide reliable foundation of quality control of Naodesheng preparation.
