不同生长季节玳玳果中总黄酮的定量分析研究

摘　　要：目的研究不同生长季节玳玳果中总黄酮的含量差异,以便更有效地利用玳玳果总黄酮。方法以柚皮苷为对照品,运用紫外可见分光光度法对不同生长季节的玳玳果中总黄酮含量进行定量分析,检测波长为284nm。结果建立了玳玳果总黄酮的含量测定方法 ,结果表明不同生长季节的玳玳果中总黄酮含量存在一定的差异。结论所建立的含量测定方法精密度、稳定性及重复性良好,准确度高,可做为玳玳果总黄酮的定量分析方法 ,且玳玳青果中总黄酮的含量最高。Objective To study the content of total flavonoids from Citrus aurantium L.var daidai Tanaka fruits gathered in different seasons for effective utilization.Methods The content was total flavonoids analyzed by ultraviolet spectroscopy.The naringin was used as the chemical reference substance and the detection wavelength was set at 284nm.Results The determination method of total flavonoids was established.The content of the total flavonoids gathered in different growing periods was evidently different.Conclusion The method is sensitive,accurate,reproducible and can be used to control the quality of the total flavonoids from Citrus aurantium L.var daidai Tanaka fruits,and the quality of green fruits is the best.
