摘　　要：目的测定全国16个不同产地火麻仁中脂肪油的含量。方法采用索氏提取法以乙醚为溶剂,提取8h测定火麻仁中脂肪油的含量。结果不同产地火麻仁样品中脂肪油的含量在27.04%～37.67%之间,有显著差异。结论实验方法准确、可靠,为火麻仁的质量评价及质量控制提供研究基础。Objective To determine the content of fatty oil in the heepseed from 16 different productive places nationwide.Methods The soxhlet extraction method was adopted with ether as the solvent,the fatty oil content in Cannabis Sativa was assayed after 8-hour extraction.Results The fatty oil content was different from 27.04% to 37.67% among heepseed samples from different productive places,the obvious differences could be observed.Conclusion This method is accurate and reliable,and it can provide the research basis for quality evaluation and control of Cannabis Sativa.
