益气养阴消癥通络中药对糖尿病大鼠肾脏保护作用的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨益气养阴消癥通络中药对糖尿病大鼠肾脏氧化应激的影响,以分析其对糖尿病肾病治疗作用机理。方法将SD大鼠随机分为6组:肾切组,模型组,厄贝沙坦组,中药低、中、高剂量组,按各组相应药物剂量灌胃。于第6周末检测各组大鼠24h尿蛋白(UPro)量及肾功能水平;肾皮质丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果厄贝沙坦、中药低、中剂量组与模型组比较Upro量、MDA含量显著下降(P<0.05),SOD活性显著升高(P<0.05);各治疗组与模型组比较肾功能明显改善(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴消癥通络中药可能通过抑制氧化应激反应,发挥对糖尿病大鼠的肾脏保护作用。Objective To investigate the effects of supplementing ＂qi＂-nourishing ＂yin＂ and disperse blood stasis-dredge collateral herbs on oxidative stress in the kidney of diabetic rats and its mechamisms.Methods SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups：Nephrectomy group,model group,irbesatan group,TCM low dose group,TCM middle dose group,and TCM high dose group,and were adminstered with the medicine respectively.In the sixth week,24 h urine protein（U Pro）,renal function,the content of MDA,and the activity of SOD were detected.Results In irbesatan,TCM low dose and middle dose groups,the levels of UPro and MDA were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）,and the activity of SOD was significantly enhanced as compared to model group（P〈0.05）.In all treated groups renal function was also improved（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Supplementing ＂qi＂-nourishing ＂yin＂ and disperse blood stasis-dredge collateral herbs can protect the kidney of diabetic rats effectively by anti-oxidative stress.
