摘　　要：目的优选湿疹贴膏剂中冰片、薄荷脑包合的最优工艺参数。方法以冰片、薄荷脑为评价工艺指标,气相色谱法测定两者的含量。用研磨法进行包合,正交设计实验筛选最佳工艺参数。结果β-环糊精加2倍水量,研磨时间1.0h,35℃下干燥制备的包合物中冰片、薄荷脑的包合量、含量均最高。结论该条件为制备湿疹贴膏剂冰片、薄荷脑β-环糊精包合物的最佳工艺参数。Objective To optimize the borneol,menthol inclusion eczema cream paste.Methods Borneol and of menthol as the evaluation indexes,the gas phase chromatography was adopted to determine the contents.Grinding method was used for inclusion,orthogonal design select the best process parameters.Results The optimal process was as follows：β-cyclodextrin plus 2 times that of water,grinding time 1 hour,35 ℃ under dry inclusion complex preparation.Conclusion The conditions is the best for the production of eczema cream paste borneol,menthol β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound.
