影响烟碱含量的因素及其农艺调控技术措施

摘　　要：针对近年来烤烟生产上一直存在的烟叶尤其是上部烟叶烟碱含量偏高、烟叶可用性下降的问题,通过分析烟碱在烟株体内的合成机理、分布以及遗传控制、生态因子、矿质元素、栽培措施等影响因素,提出了从品种、种植区域、合理施肥、高垄深栽、适时打顶、合理留叶、成熟采收几个方面的农艺调控措施,以降低烟碱含量,提高烟叶可用性和品质。In order to solve the leading problems, disturbing the tobacco producing recent years, that are low nicotine content in upside leaves and low availability of tobacco leaves, the factors which involved the synthesis mechanism of nicotine, distribution, heredity, ecological factors, mineral elements, culture methods were analysed. The suggestions are variety improvement, applicable culture area, rational fertilizer, high ridge, deep planting, timely tip pruning, applicable leaves remained and maturity- harvest.
