新型轻钢-秸秆草砖节能住宅在东北农村地区应用的可行性分析

摘　　要：介绍了我国东北农村地区低层住宅的建设现状,对住宅的结构形式、建筑材料、保温设施等方面的节能性能进行了综合比较分析。结合国内外农村节能、环保住宅的建设经验,提出了一种新型住宅建造方法。主要采用轻型钢结构为受力骨架,以秸秆草砖为围护结构,以草筋泥和水泥砂浆为墙体饰面,是纯粹的绿色建筑,其综合节能指标可达到50%以上。The situations of low storey dwelling in northeast rural areas of our country was introduced, aggregate comparing analysis was carried out on thermal insulating performance of dwellings with different structure,building materials and thermal insulating equipment. According to construction experience of rural thermal insulating and ecotypical dwellings at home and abroad,construction method of a new rural dwelling was provided here. The new light-weight steel-straw bale thermal insulating dwelling, in which lightweight steel structure was used as bearing frame, crop straw bale was used as envelope, straw clay mortar and cement mortar was used as overcoating layer, is a type of thoroughly green building. The composite energy saving index of this type of building can reach more than 50%.
