摘 要:通过对泡沫混凝土的发泡剂用量和水灰比对其抗压强度、干密度和吸水率影响的试验研究,确定了混凝土空心砌块中内注泡沫混凝土的最佳发泡剂用量和水灰比,以此为基础制备了复合自保温混凝土砌块,并对砌块及其砌体的力学性能进行了测试。结果表明,内填泡沫混凝土对复合砌块抗折强度和砌体抗剪承载力的提高作用显著,有利于提高砌体的抗震性能。In this paper, the influence of dosages of foaming agent and the water-cement ratio of foamed concrete on its compressive strength,dry density and water absorption were experimentally studied,and the best dosages of foaming agent and water-cement ratio of foamed concrete filled in concrete hollow blocks were determined. On this basis,the composite self-insulation concrete blocks were obtained, and the mechanical properties of the block and masonry were experimentally studied. The results show that the flexural strength of the composite block and shear strength of masonry are increased significantly due to filling with foamed concrete, favorable to improving the anti-seismic performance of the masonry.
