摘  要:用不同浓度的大豆黄酮(Da,处理Ⅰ394nmol/L,处理Ⅱ7874nmol/L)和雌二醇(E2,处理Ⅲ100pmol/L,处理Ⅳ200pmol/L)体外灌流公猪垂体前叶组织,观察其对促黄体素(LH)分泌的影响。灌流24和48h后,Da和E2灌流组与对照组(处理Ⅴ)相比,垂体LH体外分泌水平都无明显差异。但在促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)诱导下,各组LH分泌水平显著增加,诱导后20~30min出现分泌峰。GnRH诱导后1h,LH平均水平处理Ⅲ显著高于其他组(P<0.05或P<0.01);诱导后2h,处理Ⅱ和Ⅲ显著高于对照组(P<0.01),处理Ⅲ亦高于处理Ⅰ(P=0.05);诱导后3h,各组LH分泌无显著差异。结果表明,Da和E2对公猪垂体体外LH分泌无抑制作用,但对GnRH诱导的LH分泌有一定促进作用。Daidzein(Da) and estradiol benzoate(E 2)were applied to perfuse anterior parts of the pituitaries of Goettingen Miniature male pigs in order to study their effects on LH release in vitro. 24 and 48 h after the perfusion,LH mean levels were not significantly different in Da group(treatment Ⅰ,394 nmol/L;treatment Ⅱ,7 874 nmol/L)and E 2 group(treatment Ⅲ,100 pmol/L; treatment Ⅳ, 200 pmol/L)compared to the control(treatment Ⅴ).LH mean levels in all the groups increased significantly and reached the peaks at 20 to 30 min after GnRH induction.At h 1 after GnRH induction,LH level in treatment Ⅲ was significantly higher than in the other groups( P<0 05 or P <0 01).It was higher in treatment Ⅱ and Ⅲ at h 2 after GnRH induction compared to the control( P<0 01 )and also higher in treatment Ⅲ than in treatment Ⅰ (P=0 05) There were no differences between the groups at h 3 after GnRH induction.The results suggested that Da and E 2 could not inhibit but stimulate GnRH induced LH in vitro release to some extent from the pituitaries of male pigs.
