摘　　要：矿山作业职工必须接受一定时间的安全教育和培训,考核合格后方可进行相关作业。目前各地市的煤管安监局都设有专门的培训中心,负责本地市各煤矿管理人员和特殊工种人员的培训,由于煤矿大都地处偏僻,不宜长期规律地集中培训,对大量生产一线的普通工人,特别是农民工,缺乏长效培训机制,为此针对安全教育和培训设计一套煤炭远程网络视频培训系统有着重要意义。Employees in mines should take certain period of safety education and training. Only if they pass the examination, they could pursue the job. At present, at all levels of safety supervision bureaus, specific training centers are established to take charge of training for mining management personnel and all types of employees. Since most mines are located in remote areas, long-term concentrated training is not suitable; a majority of workers, especially peasant workers, lack effective training. Therefore, designing a remote network video training system is significant for mine safety education and training.
