摘  要:以某超长预应力混凝土梁施工为例,根据三维热传导理论,采用有限元软件模拟了超长预应力混凝土梁的温度场,并在此基础上计算了温度应力.根据计算值与实测值相对比的结果,验证了计算方法与理论的正确性;运用有限元软件分析了不同养护方法对混凝土温度场的影响,结果表明养护情况对混凝土内外温差影响很大,采用保温养护和循环水冷却等措施能很好的控制大体积混凝土的水化热升降,从而防止混凝土宏观裂缝的产生.证明了养护在大体积混凝土施工中的重要性,并根据对本工程的施工技术的研究,为超长混凝土梁的施工提供指导性意见.The paper uses an over-length and pre-stressed concrete beam as an example.According to the three-dimension thermal conductivity theory,the finite element analysis software was employed to simulate temperature field of the beam,and on this basis,the temperature stress was measured.Compared with the calculated value and measured value,the correctness of the method of calculation and theory can be verified.Using the software,the paper also analyses the effects for temperature field of concrete curing by different methods.The result indicates that the curing methods have a great influence on the temperature difference between inside and outside,and it also indicates that hydration heat off and landing get under control very well when the concrete is cured by insulation course and cooled by circulating water.This can prevent concrete macro cracks from appearing.This proved that the curing method has a great importance at the process of the mass concrete construction.According to the construction technology of this project,this paper offered some advice on the construction of over-length concrete beam.
