摘　　要：通过分析江西省吉安县功阁水电站抢险,指出水电站运行管理工作中的不足,对今后水电站运行管理的进行思考,并提出几点建议.Trough analyzing the experience of rushing to deal with an emergency on Gengge hydropower station in Jian county,the shortcoming of operation and management on hydropower stations is stated.At last,some suggestion is proposed in this paper.
