摘　　要：文章就高校学生档案管理工作中存在的问题及其原因进行了分析,认为把好学生档案管理工作的"入口关"和"出口关",才是加强学生档案管理工作的关键。This paper analyzes the problems existing in college student records management and their causes, and concludes that it is the key to student records management to do a good job of checking and examing either ＂ inputs＂ or ＂outputs＂.
