摘  要:为了有效地防治黄瓜白粉病,研发了三种能防治黄瓜白粉病的植物油生物农药。并对其分别进行黄瓜白粉病的预防和治疗试验。结果表明,三种植物油生物农药对黄瓜白粉病的预防效果分别达到100%(SOL组)、97%(OOL组)和89.64%(COL组),好于甲基托布津的预防效果81.98%;盆栽治疗试验结果表明,SOL和COL的防治效果是96.48%和87.31%,而甲基托布津的防治效果是28.42%;大棚防治试验表明,SOL的防治效果比其他药剂显著。以上结果说明SOL生物制剂在黄瓜的绿色食品生产上具有重要的研究和指导意义。This study developed three plant oil bio-fungicides which were developed by our project team to control the cucumber powdery mildew effectively, which were carried out preventive and therapeutic experiments, respectively. The preventive efficacies of three plant oil bio-fungicides among the potted experiment were 100% (SOL), 97% (OOL) and 89.64% (COL), respectively. The results suggested that preventive efficacies of plant oil bio-fungicides were higher than that (81.98%) of thiophanate methyl. The results of therapeutic efficacy showed that control efficacies of SOL and COL were 96.48% and 87.31%, respectively. However, that of thiophanate methyl was 28.42%. The therapeutic efficacy of SOL bio-fungicides among greenhouse experiments was very significant than other fungicides. The above results suggested that SOL bio-fungicide had important research significance and guidance significance on green food production of cucumber.
