摘　　要：我国金融业在分业经营的法律框架内实现了实质上的混业经营格局,从而要求我国在金融监管体制模式的选择上做出适当调整,以适应金融混业经营发展的需要。在金融监管体制发生改变前,我国的金融监管机构应根据实际情况加强彼此间的协调合作,以便有效化解金融风险。In the legal framework of disparted-management,China＇s financial industry has achieved the essence of the mixed-management pattern.In order to meet the developing of financial mixed-management pattern,our country should make appropriate adjustment on the choice of financial regulatory system model.Before the change of the financial regulatory system,the coordination and cooperation system among our financial regulators should strengthen their coordination and cooperation according to actual situation in order to reduce financial risks effectively.
