摘 要:探讨健身跑运动对中年男子肺通气功能的影响。45名高体脂水平中年男子随机分成小强度运动组(L2),中等强度运动组(L4)和对照组(C组)。L2组和L4组进行两种不同强度的健身跑运动。16周运动干预后,L2组和L4组受试者体脂百分比和体重指数较运动前明显降低(P<0.01),肺功能均有改善。体脂百分比的降低与FVC,MVV等肺功能各指标的增高呈负相关(P<0.05)。L2组和L4组体脂百分比及肺功能各指标运动前后的变化量无显著性差异(P>0.05)。C组体脂百分比有所增加(P<0.05),肺功能无变化(P>0.05)。结果说明16周适量健身跑运动对高体脂水平中年男子肺通气功能、身体成分有良好的改善作用,运动减肥有益于肺功能的改善,其机理有待于进一步的研究。To evaluate the effects of fitness running on lung function on h male middle aged people.Forty-five middle aged people with high body fat percentage took part in the study.Subjects were randomly assigned to low intensity group (L2 group),moderate intensity group(L4 group) and control group.Subjects in L2 group and L4 group took part in fitness running with two different kind of intensity.After 16 weeks intervention,significant changes were observed in lung function、body fat percentage and body mass index in the training groups compare with the pre-training level,respectively(P〈0.01).There is significant relationship betweens the change of body fat percentage and lung function indexes.However,the body fat percentage was improved,and no significant changes were observed in lung function in control group.Conclusions:The results indicated that fitness running had a favorable effect on lung function and body composition.The mechanism is reserved to investigate.
