摘　　要：在分析校园文化概念、特征、功能和价值的基础上,从理论与实践结合的视角,提出了加强校园体育文化建设的对策:宣传舆论为先,营造校园体育文化氛围;加强组织管理,提高体育教师的综合素质;健全规章制度,加强学校体育场地设施的建设;完善健康教育体系,拓宽学生体育学习层面。The concept of campus culture,features,functions and value on the basis of the theory and practice from the perspective of strengthening the building of the campus sports and cultural responses;public opinion first,to create a campus atmosphere of a sports culture;to strengthen the organization and management;improve the overall quality of physical education teachers;a sound regulatory framework to strengthen school sports facilities;improve the health of the education system,expand physical education students learning level.
