摘　　要：目的研究甲型H1N1流感患者免疫学特征的变化。方法应用流式细胞技术检测甲型H1N1流感患者CD3+、CD4+和CD8+T淋巴细胞的绝对值。结果甲型H1N1流感患者中CD3+、CD4+和CD8+T淋巴细胞绝对计数降低的患者比例分别为80.95%、85.71%和61.90%,血沉和C反应蛋白升高的患者比例分别为5/17和7/21;甲型H1N1流感患者在发病初期CD3+、CD4+和CD8+T淋巴细胞的绝对值有不同程度下降,但到恢复期均恢复至正常范围,不同时期CD3+、CD4+和CD8+T淋巴细胞绝对值比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲型H1N1病毒感染可能降低T淋巴细胞数量,但这种降低是可逆的。Objective To analyst the Immunological characteristics of patients with Type A （HIN1） influenza. Methods The amounts of CD3＋ , CD4＋ and CD8 ＋ lymphocytes were analyzed by a fluorescence - activated cell sorter. Results The percents of patients with Type A （ H1 N1 ） influenza whose CD3＋ , CD4 ＋ and CD8 ＋ lymphocytes were lower than the normal range were 80.95%, 85.71% and 61.90% respectively. The percents of patients whose erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C -reactive protein increased were 5/17 and 7/21. At the outbreak, the amounts of CD3 ＋ , CD4＋ and CD8 ＋ lymphocytes decreased to a certain extent, but they became normal till the recovery period, with a significant difference in the amounts of CD3＋ , CD4＋ and CD8＋ lymphocytes among different periods （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion The infection by Type A （ H1 N1 ） influenza virus may decrease the amounts of lymphocytes, however the reduction is reversible.
