针灸结合蜡疗治疗骨质疏松症腰背痛的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究针灸结合蜡疗治疗骨质疏松症腰背痛的效果,为骨质疏松症腰背痛提供有效的临床治疗方法。方法选择138例骨质疏松症腰背痛患者,随机分为治疗组70例和对照组68例。对照组采用常规抗骨质疏松药物治疗;治疗组在常规抗骨质疏松药物治疗基础上,配合针灸和蜡疗。在治疗后1d、3d、7d、14d、21d采用疼痛视觉模拟评分法,评估两组患者腰背痛缓解的程度,并观察治疗前和治疗后第28天两组患者骨密度的变化。结果治疗组和对照组治疗后1d、3d、7d、14d、21d腰背痛评分比较差异有统计学意义(F=32.146,P<0.001);治疗前治疗组和对照组骨密度比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.081);治疗后两者骨密度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组腰背疼痛消失时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗组腰背疼痛消失率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论针灸结合蜡疗治疗骨质疏松症腰背痛能提高骨质密度,减轻疼痛,具有较好的临床治疗效果。Objective To study the effect of the acupuncture treatment combining with the wax therapy in the treatment of low back pain of osteoporosis to provide an effective clinical treatment. Methods totally 138 osteoporosis patients with low back pain were randomly divided as control group （ n = 68 ） and trial group （ n = 70）. The patients in the control group were given conventional anti - osteoporosis medication ; while the patients in the trial group were treated, on the basis of the same conventional therapy, with additional acupuncture plus wax therapy. The pain visual analog scale （VAS） method was used to assess the pain relief for two groups of patient after 1, 3, 7, 14, 21 day treatment. The bone mineral density （BMD） of the patients were detected before and after treatment. Results The differences in VAS scores of the two groups showed statistically significant after 1, 3, 7, 14, 21 day treatment （F = 32. 146, P 〈 0. 001 ）. Before treatment there was no significant difference in BMD between the two group （ P = 0. 081 ）, but there was after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was significant difference in disappearing time of pain between the two group （ P 〈 0. 001 ） , and disappearing rate of the trial group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion Acupuncture combining with wax therapy for low back pain of osteoporosis can improve bone mineral density, reduce back pain, with a good clinical results.
