摘  要:针对目前高职高专院校教学质量监控与评价中存在理念落后、系统性差、评价不科学、监控乏力等现象,在对高职高专院校质量监控与评价时,通过科学选取监控点,精心选取评价指标,科学确定权重,构建一套可操作性强,充分反映高职院校特色的教学质量监控与评价体系。并以模糊理论为研究工具,采取定性和定量相结合的办法,对高职高专院校教学质量进行了评价。并对评价结果进行了分析,对加强高职院校教学督导、监控与评价,提高教学质量具有重要意义。Teaching quality monitor and evaluation system that are easy to operate and reflecting characteristics of higher vocational colleges should be established by scientifically selecting monitor point, evaluation index and weight, with the aim to solve problems such as backward idea, poor system, unscientific evaluation and weak monitor. Taking fuzzy theory as tool of research, by qualitative and quantitative methods, this paper evaluates the teaching quality in higher vocational colleges and analyzes the findings, which is of great significance in strengthening supervision, monitor and evaluation and in improving teaching quality.
