摘 要:目的了解64株临床分离的耐亚胺培南鲍曼不动杆菌对18种常用抗生素的耐药性。方法采用Micro Scanwalk Away-40微生物分析仪进行菌株鉴定和药敏试验,头孢哌酮/舒巴坦及米诺环素药敏试验采用K-B法。结果亚胺培南耐药的鲍曼不动杆菌对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦的耐药率最低为37.5%,其次为米诺环素54.7%,对头孢噻肟、头孢曲松、哌拉西林、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦的耐药率最高为100.0%,其余抗菌药物的耐药率均大于81.1%。结论亚胺培南耐药的鲍曼不动杆菌多重耐药严重,部分为泛耐药菌株,仅对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦较为敏感。Objective To investigate the resistance of imipenem-resistant acinetobacter baumannii to18 commonly used antimicrobial agents.Methods MicroScan WalkAway-40 automatic microbial analysis system was applied to species identification and drug susceptibility test.The sensitivity detection of cefoperazone/sulbactam and minocycline was performed by K-B disk diffusion method.Results The lowest resistance rate of imipenem-resistant acinetobacter baumannii to cefoperazone/sulbactam was 37.5%,followed was minocycline(54.7%).All isolates showed 100.0% resistance to cefotaxime,cefatriaxone,piperacillin,piperacillin/tazobactam and ticarcillin/clavulanic acid.The resistance to other antimicrobial agents was more than 81.1%.Conclusion All imipenem-resistant acinetobacter baumannii isolates are highly resistant to multiple antibiotics,part of them are pan-resistant isolates.The resistance to cefoperazone/sulbactam is lower than other antimicrobial agents.
