摘　　要：目的总结CT引导下BARD自动活检枪经皮肺穿刺的临床应用价值。方法在CT引导下用活检枪对周围结节病灶进行穿刺,明确病理性质,分析56例临床资料。结果 56例全部获得细胞学标本,55例确诊,成功率98.9%;并发症8例气胸及4例咯血。结论用BARD活检枪同轴活检针经皮穿刺诊断肺部占位病变阳性率高,并发症较少。Objective To discuss the clinical application of CT-guided BARD automatic gun biopsy in diagnosing pulmonary lesions.Methods Under CT-guidance percutaneous transthoracic biopsy of lung with BARD gun was performed in 56 patients with peripheral nodule lesions,their pathologic nature was detected,the clinical data was retrospectively analyzed.Results Cytology specimens were all gained through 56 cases,55 cases were diagnosed,the successful diagnosis rate was 93.1% ;complications：8 cases were with pneumothorax,4 cases were with hemoptysis.Conclusion The BARD gun biopsy coaxial biopsy needle in diagnosing pulmonary lesions has the advantage of higher accuracy,positive rate of lung lesions and less complications。
