摘　　要：目的比较垂体后叶素联合普鲁卡因治疗大咯血和单用垂体后叶素治疗大咯血的效果。方法垂体后叶素联合普鲁卡因治疗组40例,单用垂体后叶素治疗组各36例,观察两组治疗后止血的有效率。结果两组止血有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论联合治疗咯血组治疗咯血有效率优于垂体后叶素组。Objective To observe and compare the treatment with pituitrin combined procaine and single with pituitrin effect for massive hemoptysis.Method One group with 40 cases treated with pituitrin combined procaine and the other with 36 cases treated with pituitrin alone.Compare the efficiency of the two methods.Results Hemostatic efficiency of the two groups have significant differences.（P〈 0.05）.Conclusions The treatment with pituitrin combined procaine is better for massive hemoptysis copared single with pituitrin.
