摘  要:以湖北白猪体内或体外成熟卵母细胞为对象.研究不同直流脉冲条件、激活液Ca2+浓度及卵龄对输卵母细胞电激活的影响,并比较了体内与体外成熟卵的激活率与发育率。结果表明,脉冲强度、脉冲次数、脉冲时间、Ca2+浓度及卵龄均可影响激活效果。1次脉冲就足以激活猪卵母细胞,脉冲时间以40~60μs为优,强度以1250V/cm(体外成熟卵)或1500V/cm(体内成熟卵)为优,激活注Ca2+浓度0.05mmol/L或0.1mmol/L均可,卵龄以42~48h为宜。体内和体外成熟卵在激活率和发育率上无显著差异(P>0.05)。The oocytes of Hubei white pigs matured in vitro or in vivo were used to research the effects of pulse parameter, Ca2+ concentration in activation medium, and oocyte age on electrical activation of pig oocytes. Thc results showed that one pulse was enough to activate pig oocytes. The best results could be obtained if the pulse duration was 40~ 60 Us, the pulse strength was 1 250 V/cm for in vitro matured oocytes or 1 500 V/cm for in vivo matured oocytes, the Ca2+ concentration of medium was 0. 05or 0. 1 mmol/L, and the oocyte age was 42 or 48 h. There were no significant differences of activation and development between oocytes matured in vitro and in vivo.
