摘　　要：研制了一种应用于机电产品温升测试的程控温度测试仪。其采集终端以AT 89C55单片机为核心,结合信号调理电路进行冷端补偿,运用模拟开关实现16路温度信号通道切换。其上位机软件利用支持向量机算法进行热电偶非线性补偿,同时嵌入机电产品温升国家标准,并实现与采集终端TCP/IP远程通信。本程控温度测试仪具有智能化、高精度、远程测试的优点,在机电产品的电气安全测试领域具有良好的应用前景。A new temperature measurement device is designed for measuring the temperature rise of mechatronic products.Its data acquisition system is controlled by single chip controller AT89C55.Signal amplification and cold compensation is realized with the signal conditioning circuits,16 temperature signal selecting with analog switch.The upper computer is embedded with national standards on the temperature rise,and non-linear compensation of thermocouple is realized by the SVM method,and is communicated with the data acquisition system by TCP/IP.The whole system is accurate,intelligent and reconfigurable.The device can be widely applicated in the electrical safety testing fields.
