摘 要:为了实现UWB高速无线传输,结合PPM和PAM的特点提出了脉冲位置幅度调制(PPAM)技术,通过对信号的相位和幅度特性进行相关融合产生PPAM调制信号,并采取相关判决准则进行最佳接收,最后对几种调制信号的波形特征及系统的误码率性能进行仿真对比。结果表明,在同一信噪比下,该调制方式的系统误码率性能要优于传统的调制系统,理论上也提高了信息的传输速率,并降低了系统的复杂度。In order to achieve high-speed UWB wireless transmission, a new modulation technique named pulse position amplitude modulation(PPAM)is presented based on the characteristics of PPM and PAM. The PPAM modulation signal was generated by syncretizing the phase and amplitude of the signal, the best reception was gained by the relevant judging criteri- on, and the waveform feature of the modulation signal and the BER performance of the system were compared and simulated. The simulation results show that the BER performance of this system is superior to the conventional modulation, the trans- mission rate of information is improved and the complexity of the system is reduced.
