摘  要:目的探讨大鼠先天性隐睾远后期睾丸组织病变特点,为隐睾所致生精障碍提供病理形态学依据。方法应用光镜结合图像分析技术观测18例单侧先天性隐睾和15例正常睾丸病理形态学变化,特殊染色检测间质纤维组织增生,原位末端标记(TUNEL)染色检测细胞凋亡。结果隐睾睾丸重量及指数显著下降,生精小管参数(平均面积、平均周长、平均直径、平均面密度)明显变小,各级生精细胞变性坏死,多核巨细胞形成,生精细胞凋亡率显著增加,间质纤维组织增生。结论先天性隐睾远后期呈现明显病理形态学改变,生精细胞凋亡和多核巨细胞形成是隐睾远后期所致生精障碍的主要途径。Objective The characteristics of pathological change of testis tissue during later period of cryptorchidism was explored to provide the pathomorphological basis for the dyszoospermia induced by cryptorchidism.Methods 18 inborn cryptorchidism and 15 normal testis being from male Wistar rats were used,pathological changes were observed through light microscope combined with image analysis,fibroplasia of interstitium was detected by specific staining,apoptosis was detected by in situ end-labeling.Results Compared with normal testis,there was a significant decrease in the testis weight and testis index,parameters of seminiferous tubules including average areas,average perimeters,average diameters and average area density also obviously decreased,there were degeneration and necrosis of all spermatogenic cells and formation of multinucleated giant cells,apoptosis ratio of the spermatogenic cells strikingly increased,fibroplasia of interstitium were also found.Conclusion There is an obvious pathological change in the testis of the inborn cryptorchidism,apoptosis of spermatogenic cells and formation of multinucleated giant cells are main paths of dyszoospermia induced by cryptorchidism.
