摘　　要：作为中国民间传统的重要组成部分,村庄家族在现代化进程中发生着历史性的嬗变,其行为逐步摆脱了传统家族的诸多特质,吸纳了当今时代的鲜活元素。具体表现在村庄政治的博弈中逐渐民主化,在经济行为中趋向理性化,在文化生活上转向现代化。因此,必须正确认识传统与现代化的关系,恰当地把握、辩证地扬弃与合理地利用家族,实现其向现代化的转身。As an important component of chinese folk tradition, village clans are undergoing a historical evolution in the process of modernization,which has gradually broken away from many special characteristics of the traditional society, and absorbed some new elements：whose behavior tends to be democratic in village politics, rational in economic activities, and modern in cultural lives. Therefore, we must understand correctly the relationship between tradition and modernization, make use of a clans rationally and try to realize their modernization.
