摘　　要：探讨现阶段我国普通高校体育教学模式,会更有利于树立和正确理解"健康第一"的指导思想,发挥出体育课程应有的作用与价值。本文运用系统论的观点,对构成体育教学过程的因素进行分析,从整体的角度探讨普通高校体育教学模式,为我国普通高校体育教学提供相应的参考。The discussion on college physical education teaching model can be more conducive to the establishment and proper understanding of the ＂health first＂ guiding ideology,and fully plays the role and value of physical education curriculum. This paper,through using the view of the systematic,analyzed the factors constituting the physical education,discussed the college physical education teaching model and provided the reference for our college physical education.
