摘　　要：优秀运动员的文化知识水平及其素质高低关系到优秀运动队伍的整体建设及其功能发挥,及我国竞技体育可持续发展目标的实现,本研究通过分析优秀运动员文化教育现状,构建了运动员文化教育的工作体系,旨在为政府体育部门做出决策提供理论参考。Elite athlete＇s cultural knowledge relates to quality of outstanding level of the sports teams as well as a whole construction and its function,and competitive sports sustainable development goals. This paper analyzes the elite athlete cultural education and constructs the working system. The main purpose is to provide the reference for government department.
