摘　　要：针对高校体育教育健美操教学的教育理念的更新、教材体系与教法、多媒体教学手段的运用、美育教育、对大学生适时进心理素质训练等问题进行分析,阐述了解决这些问题的思路,以此引起高校体育教师对健美操教学理论与实践研究的重视。Based on the innovation of teaching concept of aerobics teaching in college physical education, the application of teaching system and method, multimedia teaching way, this paper made analysis on college students’ mental quality training, explained the method to solve those problems. The main purpose was to get attention on aerobics teaching.
