职业院校学生参加课外体育活动现状的调查研究

摘　　要：采用问卷调查等方法,对江苏省职业院校不同年级学生参加课外体育活动的现状与特点进行了调查。对影响学生参加课外体育活动的主要因素进行了分析,就如何推动学生积极有效地参加课外体育活动提出了针对性建议,为全面增强学生体质,落实新《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》精神,深化职业院校体育改革提供依据。Through using the methods of questionnaires,this paper made investigation on the characteristics and status quo of after-class sports activities taken by students in technical vocation school,analyzed the major factors affecting the attendance of extracurricular sports and put forward the suggestions on how to motivate students effectively and strengthen their comprehensive physical fitness.The proposals provide foundation of implementing the new physical education curriculum guidelines for national college and furthering reform of the physical education course in vocational schools.
