摘　　要：提出了加强竞技体育人才的交流与合作、促进竞技体育人才资源整合、完善竞技体育人才激励的机制,以及加大投入、改善竞技体育人才培养、强化教育、培训的策略,去提高竞技体育人才业务能力和综合素质。This paper presents that to strengthen the sports talent exchanges and cooperation,promotion of sports talent resources integration and perfect the sports talent incentive mechanism,as well as improving sports talent training,strengthen education and training strategy,to improve the competitive sports talent business ability and overall quality.
