南京部分高校体育教师工作满意度调查分析

摘　　要：为了更好的调动南京高校体育教师的工作积极性、更好地完成体育教学工作,通过问卷调查和访谈的形式,经统计发现,高校体育教师对工作基本满意,满意度与教师的年龄、教龄存在着显著差异。建议体育教师努力提高自身的思想及业务修养的同时,高校体育分管领导在舆论上加强宣传,工作上给予关心和支持。In order to better motivate physical education teachers＇ working enthusiasm and achieve better physical education teaching effect,the author,by means of questionnaire and interview,conducts a survey and finds out that physical education teachers in colleges in Nanjing are basically satisfied with their work,and the degrees of satisfaction vary a lot with teachers＇ age and their teaching ages.It suggests that physical education teachers should improve their ideological and professional culture,and leaders who are in charge of physical education teaching should enhance public opinions propaganda and provide sufficient concern and support in terms of work.
