摘 要:以钳夹式棉种精量穴播器为研究对象,建立了基于高速摄像技术的排种性能检测系统.在理论分析和试验研究的基础上,通过提取清种过程动态图像中运动种子的下落姿态和轨迹,探明了清种过程种子的运动规律及其影响因素.试验结果表明影响穴播器清种性能的关键因素依次为穴播轮前进速度、清种板尺寸及形状.当行走速度为3.0 km/h,清种板长度为245 mm,形状为Ⅱ时,穴播器的排种性能最好,速度超过4 km/h时,合格率明显下降.Based on high-speed video technology, the performance testing system was established for forceps holder type precision dibbler in cotton sowing. By extracting the posture and trajectory of the seed from the motion image, the motion rule of seed-clearing process and its influence factors were proved by theoretical analysis and experiment. The results showed that the key factors influencing the sowing index were forward speed, size and shape of seed clearing plate. The best performance of seed-metering could be obtained when the forward speed of the dibbler was 3.0 km/h and the seed clearing plate was at shape Ⅱ and a length of 245 mm. The qualified rate began to decline evidently as the forward speed exceeded 4 km/h.
