摘  要:为了获得鼠笼转子异步磁力联轴器负载运行时的状态,运用Ansoft公司开发的Maxwell 2D软件对其进行有限元瞬态分析,得到磁力联轴器瞬态磁力线、涡流密度分布以及扭矩.分析表明磁力联轴器内外转子的转速差改变了磁场分布,且使得内转子导条上产生较大的涡流,同时能够平稳地输出扭矩.对分析结论进行了试验验证,得出用Maxwell 2D进行瞬态分析获得的扭矩值精确度为70%~85%,且可以利用端部系数和摩擦系数进行修正.结果表明,运用Maxwell 2D对磁力联轴器进行瞬态分析具有可行性和实用性.In order to get the loading condition of the squirrel-cage rotor asynchronous magnetic coupling (SAMC) , Maxwell 2D software, which was developed by Ansoft Corporation, was employed to perform the finite element transient analysis. Transient magnetic line of force, eddy current density distributions and torque status of SAMC were obtained. The analysis showed that there was a speed difference between the inner and outer rotor, so that the magnetic field distribution changed, relatively high eddy current occurred on the conductor bar, and stable torque was achieved. The analysis was verified by experiments. The precision of transient analysis of torque is 70% - 85% , and it can be modified by end coefficient and friction coefficient. The results show that transient analysis of magnetic coupling by Maxwell 2D is feasible and practical.
