摘　　要：目的了解泰州口岸出入境人员HIV病毒感染情况,为出入境口岸传染病监测工作和预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法对2001-2009年泰州口岸HIV抗体检测资料,根据流行病调查结果进行统计分析。结果从75087名出入境人员中检出HIV感染者12例,检出率为0.1598‰。12例HIV感染者均为男性。结论应重点做好出入境人员的HIV预防知识和宣传教育工作,提高出入境人员的自我防护意识,进一步加强出入境人员的HIV检测和后续管理工作,严把国门。Objective Provide scientific references for infectious diseases monitoring, prevention and control at port by studying the HIV infection status among entry-exit personnel at Taizhou Port.Methods Carry out epidemiological study of HIV antibody inspection documents at Taizhou Port from 2001 to 2009.Results 12 cases of HIV positive were detected among the 75 087 entry-exit personnel and all were male, with an infection rate of 0.1598‰.Conclusion Health education and promotion should be strengthened to improve self-protection consciousness among entry-exit personnel.HIV detection and follow-up surveillance should also be further strength-ened.
