摘　　要：介绍了500t船用起重机的构造,用有限元软件ANSYS对该起重机一些工况进行仿真分析,获得结构的应力应变参数。通过不同荷载工况下测试结果与计算结果的比较,验证了起重机结构的可靠性,为该类型起重机试验分析提供了方法手段。This paper introduces the structure of a 500 t ship＇s crane. By analyzing the ship＇s crane through simulation with the finite element software ANSYS we get the stress and strain parameters of the structure. After comparing the test results in different load cases with the computing results, we verify the reliability of the crane structure and give the methods for test analysis of the crane.
