摘　　要：科学发展观是新时期党的重要指导思想。深入学习实践科学发展观,以科学发展观指导地方高校统战工作,应做到:以"发展"为第一要务,深化地方高校统战工作的服务功能;以"以人为本"为核心,凸显地方高校统战工作中的人文关怀;以"全面协调可持续"为根本要求,促进地方高校统战工作的健康发展;以"统筹兼顾"为根本方法,提高地方高校统战工作的实效。The viewpoints of scientific development are the Part＇s guiding thoughts during the new period. Deep in studying and practicing the viewpoints of scientific development, and using it to guide the local University＇s united - front work, need do these ： The ＂Development＂ is for the first assignment to go deep in to the service fimctions of the local University＇s united - front work; The ＂People Foremost＂ is for the nucleus to show the humane carefulness of the local University＇s united - front work; The ＂Overall Coordinate and may Continued＂ is the basic demand to promote the healthy development of the local University＇s united - front work ; The ＂Overall Consideration＂ is the basic way to improve the benefit of the local University＇s united - front work.
