摘  要:目的探讨VitC和硒对高脂血症大鼠血脂及脂质过氧化的影响。方法采取"高脂喂养法"制作动物模型。造模后,每日药物灌胃45d后取血清测定TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、MDA和GSH-PX各指标值。结果 VitC和亚硒酸钠单独应用能明显降低TC、TG、LDL-C和MDA的浓度(P<0.05),使HDL-c和GSH-PX的浓度升高(P<0.05);两者联用作用更明显。结论 VitC和亚硒酸钠单独应用均具有调节血脂代谢和增强机体抗氧化能力的作用,两者联用具有协同效果。Objective To study the effects of Vitamin C and sodium selenium on blood lipid and lipid peroxidation in hyperlipemic rats.Methods The model of hyperlipidemia was established by feeding the rats with high fat diets.All rats were administered with corresponding drugs for 45 days,and the contents of TC,TG,LDL-c,HDL-c,MDA and GSH-PX in serum were measured respectively.Results Vitamin C and selenium could significantly decrease the serum levels of TC,TG,LDL-c,MDA in experimental hyperlipidemic rats(P〈0.05),and markedly increase the levels of serum HDL-c and GSH-Px(P〈0.05).There was a synergistic effect with the combination of the two drugs.Conclusion Vitamin C and selenium can regulate lipid metabolism,enhance the antioxidative activity and reduce the lipid peroxidation in rats with hyperlipidemia.There is a synergistic effect with the combination of the two drugs.
