摘 要:目的:观察几种不同细胞粘附分子(CAMs)(NCAM、L1和CHL1)在C57BL/6小鼠垂体的表达与分布。方法:C57BL/6小鼠经心脏灌注取垂体,行NCAM、L1和CHL1免疫荧光染色及蛋白质印迹检测。结果:蛋白质印迹分析显示垂体NCAM相对表达量显著高于L1(P<0.01),但未检测到CHL1。免疫荧光染色显示NCAM广泛表达于垂体前叶,L1选择性表达于垂体前叶细胞和神经垂体,CHL1荧光信号仅见于垂体中叶。结论:NCAM、L1和CHL1在C57BL/6小鼠垂体的表达量有显著差异,其在垂体组织中的分布亦有区别,提示这些CAMs在垂体中的作用不同。Objective:To investigate the expression and localization of cell adhesion molecules(CAMs)(NCAM,L1 and CHL1)in the pituitary of C57BL/6 mice.Methods:C57BL/6 mice were utilized.Pituitaries were subjected to immunofluorescence staining for NCAM,L1 and CHL1.Immunoblot was also employed for expression of pituitary NCAM,L1 and CHL1.Results:Pituitary NCAM expression relative to the cortex was significantly higher than that of L1(P0.01),CHL1 was undetectable by immunoblot.Immunofluorescence staining revealed a wide distribution of NCAM in the anterior pituitary.L1 was selectively expressed in the anterior lobe and loacalized in the posterior lobe.In addition,CHL1 expression was exclusively expressed in the intermediate lobe of the pituitary.Conclusion:We demonstrated differential expression and localization of NCAM,L1 and CHL1 in the pituitary,suggesting individually diverse functions exerted by these molecules.
