摘　　要：青春期多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)发病率高,病因不明,临床表现和生化特征复杂多样,不易与正常青春期表现进行区分,故临床医生应该重视青春期PCOS的早期诊断和及时治疗。本文就青春期PCOS的病因,发病机制,临床表现,诊治等方面的最新进展作一综述。Polycystic ovarian syndrome （PCOS） has high incidence, unclear etiology and complex clinical manifestation and biochemical features, which is uneasy to be distinguished from normal adolescent appearance, so clinicians should pay attention to early diagnosis and timely treatment of adolescent PCOS. This article reviewed new progress of etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of adolescent PCOS.
