摘　　要：地方高校的办学目标是为地方经济社会发展培养应用型人才。应该按照当地企业的需求,从树立理想和敬业精神、锻炼胜任岗位需要的技能、培养比较全面的文化素养等方面提高毕业生就业能力,以求解决毕业生就业难的问题。Local colleges and universities are intended for local economic and social development. It should be based on the needs of local enterprises, in fostering ideals and professionalism, training competent job skills needed for more comprehensive cultural quality and enhancing the employability of graduates, in order to solve the difficult problems of the graduates.
