偏心底电炉+LF炉冶炼不锈钢、阀门钢工艺研究

摘　　要：分析不锈钢和阀门钢生产中的技术难题,针对对超高功率偏心低电炉+LF炉工艺生产不锈钢和阀门钢工艺提出技改方案。试生产表明,该方案且冶炼时间短,电耗低,适应性强,且脱C效果优。According to technological problems of stainless steels and valve steel,the paper proposes the technical modification plan for stainless steels and valve steel of UHP EBT furnace ＋ LF furnace.It is showed that the plan has character of shorter smelting time,lower electronic consumption,better adaptability and decarbonization.
