摘　　要：以踏板车为例进行摩托车逆向设计研究,使用专业逆向设计软件IMAGEWARE进行扫描点云处理及高品质曲面构造。在曲面构造过程中传统点云生成曲面的方法进行了改进,提出使用低阶4点面逐步升阶,并通过曲面控制点调节曲面,使所构曲面逼近原始点云的方法来构建高品质曲面这一关键技术,通过后期曲率梳及斑马线检查,所构曲面既保证连续性又使曲面与点云的误差控制在许可范围内,从而得到符合要求的高品质曲面。Scooter as an example in this paper to introduces a new kind of design method.Professional design software IMAGEWARE is used to scan point cloud processing which leads to high quality surface construction.In the surface construction process,we improve the traditional method of point cloud generated surfaces,enhancing surfaces quality by using low 4-point surface gradual elevation,and adjusting surface by controlling points according to the original point cloud approximation method to build high-quality surface,which is the key technology.Curvature comb and zebra line is used to check the quality in the final stage,which makes sure continuity of surface and makes the tolerance between point cloud and the surface under control,thus,high-quality surface is accessible.
