摘　　要：随着抗战的结束,日军"残留"作为一种特殊且奇怪的历史现象出现在了山西省,说其特殊是因为这种现象仅仅出现在山西,言其奇怪是因为作为战败国的日本军队不仅没有放下武器向战胜国投降,而是继续保留其武装"残留"下来,企图完成其"复兴"的大业。然而,近年来关于山西"残留"日军的论著虽然不少,但对其中虽已划入日军"残留"总数之列但却并非武装人员的一部分——"残留"技术人员却大多忽略或鲜有论述,而这些技术人员几乎全部服务于阎锡山的大型官僚企业——西北实业公司。文章通过对西北实业公司"残留"日籍技术人员的论述来更加全面地考察"残留"在山西的日俘情况,从而还原历史的本来面目。With the Anti-Japanese War ended.Japanese Captives ＂residue＂remained as a special and strange phenomenon in the history of Shanxi Province in China.It is its special because this phenomenon only happens in Shanxi and it is its strange because as a defeated army not only to put down weapons and surrender to the victors,but continue to retain their arms,which left down and attempted to complete its＂renaissance＂.However,in recent years,there are many articles on the Shanxi＂residual＂,there are few articles about resid-ual technical who were a part of ＂residue＂Japanese Captives,and almost of these technical staff served in a large bureaucratic enterprise charged by Yan Xishan———Northwest Industrial Company.This article is on the Northwest Industrial Company ＂residue＂and discusses the Japanese technical staff roundly in order to restore the historical truth.
