摘 要:光纤通信是信息社会最重要的基础设施,是我国《2006-2020年国家信息化发展战略》和《电子信息产业调整和振兴规划》重点发展和支持的技术。30多年来,光通信产业在中国也得到长足发展,然而要支撑中国这个信息大国.网络大国,通信大国,中国的光通信产业能否有能力担纲?产业的竞争力发展情况怎样?在哪些方面具有竞争力?本文根据3年来《网络电信》对中国光通信企业竞争力跟踪调查和监测的情况,结合中国光通信技术的发展,对我国光通信产业的竞争力发展进行初步的探讨。Optical communications, the most important infrastructure of the information society, is the key technology supported by 2C36-2020 China s National Informationization Development Strategy and The Plan of Adjustment and Revtalization for Electronic Information Industry. Over the past 30 years, Chinese optical communications ;ndustry has developed rapidly. However, it is debafabte whether the optical communications industry could meet the requirements of China, such a big country featured with information, network and communications. What aspects do the core competitiveness lie in? According to the follow-up investigation and monitoring survey results of the latest three years acquired by Network Telecom, this paper explored the competitiveness development of ChineSe optical communications industry based on the development of Chinese optical communications technologies.
